Root for your favorite team on the downstairs HD TV or enjoy a DVD movie. Ocean Song has full cable TV hookups in 4 rooms and wireless internet throughout the home for your enjoyment. Children bounding up and down the stairs, activity in the living room, and relaxing on the front porch make this foyer a crossroads of fun. A convenient mudroom is the perfect back door entrance from the rear deck to your beach cottage. Just beyond the high efficiency washer and dryer, a handy half bath is available for use by everyone when you are partying on the first floor or the rear deck. The mudroom is the perfect place for the family pet to sleep as Ocean Song is pet friendly throughout the 1st floor.
	Get ready for fun on this spacious rear deck! Complete with gas barbeque grill, picnic table, built in seating, and hot tub; this is where the action is. Steps on the east end of the deck lead to an outdoor shower with hot and cold running water, perfect for a quick rinse after a day at the beach.
Want to get away? The Carriage House Loft above the garage is a self contained one bedroom efficiency that offers lots of privacy. A very comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and cable TV with DVD player will make you want to stay awhile. Writers of all ages, journaling enthusiasts, and Facebook friends love the peace and quiet of this retreat. Stairs lead you directly from the loft to the rear deck and main home. You're never far away, just far enough away!
	It is never chilly in Ocean Song's HOT! HOT! Hot tub! Relax, enjoy a frosty beverage and leave it all behind. There is nothing better than slowing down after an action packed day and soaking in the hot tub while gazing up at stars you've never seen in the city.
Another accessibility feature of your beach vacation at Ocean Song is the ADA compliant ramping directly from the rear alley to the back door of the cottage home. A great idea for guests using wheelchairs and walkers. The ramp is also wonderful for strollers, wagons, and youngsters of all ages. There is easy access to vehicles parked in the two-car garage via the ramp or optional steps from the deck. You will find bikes, kites, and beach toys are all available in the garage for more vacation fun.
